Due to ACE's ongoing growth and expansion in the global Marine and Offshore market, we have ongoing requirements for the following personnel:
Vacancies:
1. Office Administrator
A minimum of 2 years working in a busy office environment is essential and experience of Sage Line 50 and Job Costing preferable. Duties to include inputting of data and preparation of reports. Fully conversant in Microsoft Office is essential. ECDL is preferred.
2. Modern Apprenticeship In Business Administration
The applicant should possess good school qualifications including a minimum of 2 higher passes. A college qualification would be an advantage, but not essential as full apprenticeship training will be given.
3. Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering Design
The applicant should possess good school qualifications including a minimum of 2 higher passes. A college qualification would be an advantage. A working knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor drawing systems would be preferable but not essential.
The successful candidates for all above positions will:
~ be confident in IT systems and be detailed, methodical and accurate in their work.
~ be capable of meeting strict deadlines and be able to work on their own initiative.
~ be excellent communicators with colleagues and clients.
